Meet Mircha King

Mircha King is an aggressive litigator who works hard to provide clients with high-quality, personalized representation. His legal career spans over a decade, representing individuals in Pine Bluff and rural communities throughout the Arkansas Delta. King’s skills and legal acumen have made him successful in obtaining the very best outcomes for his clients.
King is a former Deputy Prosecutor in the Eleventh West Judicial District of Arkansas located in Pine Bluff. He has also served as the Legal Coordinator for the Federation of Southern Cooperatives in Atlanta, Georgia where he supervised a five state area (South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi) successfully helping claimants receive their portion of a $2.3 Billion settlement in the largest civil rights lawsuit to ever be filed against the United States Government. King’s legal experience also included clerkships with the Arkansas Public Defender Commission, Pulaski County Circuit Court, Arkansas Land and Farm Development Corporation, and civil litigation law firms throughout Atlanta and Little Rock.
Globally, King has assisted Chinese labor law attorneys in providing legal workshops for migrant workers employed at large factories in Shanghai, China. These workshops helped bring to light the long list of labor law violations which were being committed by some of the world’s largest and most recognized corporations.

When he is not practicing law, King spends time offering free legal services to United States Veterans in southern Arkansas. King also volunteers with several organizations in East Arkansas to assist property owners and farmers with land retention and production issues. He is an advocate for mental health resources and access to treatment. He also enjoys mentoring at-risk youths in the Little Rock and Pine Bluff area.
Attorney King is a first generation Trinidadian American, born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, where he majored in Legal Studies and minored in Sociology. He holds concurrent degrees from the William H. Bowen School of Law and the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service. He currently resides in Jefferson County, Arkansas with his family
