For more than a decade, Mircha King has built a reputation as a skilled trial attorney who combines strategic advocacy with a deep commitment to his clients. Whether representing individuals, families, or businesses throughout Pine Bluff and the Arkansas Delta, he believes every client deserves experienced counsel, honest communication, and relentless representation.
A seasoned litigator, Mircha approaches every case with careful preparation, sound legal strategy, and an unwavering focus on achieving the best possible outcome. His experience spans criminal defense, civil litigation, personal injury, family law, estate planning, probate matters, and complex legal disputes, giving clients the confidence of working with an attorney who understands both the law and the people it serves.
Before founding his private practice, Mircha served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Arkansas's Eleventh West Judicial District, where he gained extensive courtroom experience handling a wide range of criminal matters. He also served as Legal Coordinator for the Federation of Southern Cooperatives in Atlanta, Georgia, overseeing legal initiatives across South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi. In that role, he helped thousands of claimants secure their share of the historic $2.3 billion Pigford settlement, one of the largest civil rights settlements in United States history.
His legal career also includes clerkships with the Arkansas Public Defender Commission, Pulaski County Circuit Court, the Arkansas Land and Farm Development Corporation, and respected civil litigation firms in both Little Rock and Atlanta.
Mircha's commitment to justice extends beyond the courtroom. Internationally, he collaborated with labor law attorneys in Shanghai, China, helping develop legal education workshops that raised awareness of workplace rights and labor law violations affecting migrant factory workers.
Closer to home, he remains dedicated to serving Arkansas communities by providing pro bono legal services to United States veterans, assisting landowners and farmers with land retention issues, advocating for expanded access to mental health resources, and mentoring young people throughout Central and Southeast Arkansas.
A first-generation Trinidadian American, Mircha was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. He earned his bachelor's degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst before completing concurrent graduate degrees at the William H. Bowen School of Law and the Clinton School of Public Service. Today, he lives in Jefferson County with his family and continues to serve clients throughout Arkansas with integrity, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to justice.
